Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days during normal business as usual (BAU) days. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Sundays or any public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Orders: Typically, orders will be dispatched within 1-2 Days. Order will be delivered within 10-15 days
• Mega Sale Events: During periods of high order volume, such as Mega Sale events, dispatches may be delayed. We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3-5 days from the date of order during these events.

• No Dispatch on Sundays and Holidays: Orders will not be dispatched on Sundays or any public holidays.
• Dispatch Delays: While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as increased order volumes during sales events.
